I'm Shawn Pachet. I build the website, and I set up the automation that follows up. Here's what that looks like in practice. A form comes in at 9 p.m., a call goes out within minutes to get the details. The phone rings after hours, an AI receptionist asks the questions you'd ask, so in the morning you can tell which calls are urgent and which can wait.

Every project starts the same way: a conversation about how people find you, what they see when they get there, and what happens after they reach out. From there I build the fix, put it in place, and stay on it until it's working.
